P24-PLAN-02A (RFP No. 01 - Transformers)

This Request for Proposals is for procurement of two 60/80/100 MVA Transformers, 138KV – 34.5KV and delivery to the project site, 305 Lewis and Clark Blvd, East Alton, IL.

P22-HRBR-01 (Madison Harbor Terminal Improvements)

The Port is seeking bids for improvements to the Madison Harbor Terminal.  Work on these plans includes the modification and improvements of the grain handling and storage system at the Madison Harbor grain facility. Improvements will include the addition of material handling equipment and storage bin to allow simultaneous unload of rail to barge and truck to storage. The project will utilize the existing truck dump pit #2 and new reversing conveyor CC-220, bucket elevator BE-225, and conveyor CC-230 to feed the proposed storage system.  Reclaimed material will be fed back to existing barge loading system by conveyors BC-210 and CC-220.

Preferred Vendor Solicitation

America’s Central Port is seeking qualified contractors for painting, flooring and cleaning projects. We are building a preferred vendor list of qualified contractors who will be contacted as projects come available. Contractors are required to pay prevailing wage for painting and flooring projects while working at the Port.
