C0121 – 2018 Storm Damage Roof Repair

You must register as a plan holder for this Project in order to ensure you receive all information and updates related to the Bidding Process.

REGISTER AS A PLAN HOLDER

In general, this project is to provide repairs to the roofs that were damaged during a recent storm. This project will include the replacing a large portion of the roof on Warehouse 5, patching holes, and repairing flashing and trim.
 
This project will be subject to current Madison County Prevailing Wage rates.
 
Any contractor wishing to submit a Bid Proposal for this project will be required to submit sufficient qualifications indicating that they have the experience and capacity to complete this Project in compliance with appropriate specifications and requirements.
